Gaining popularity after their appearance on the famous Quebec television show “Dans l’oeil du dragon”, Woof Pack saw their business growing at a steady pace and have become a key player in the Canadian market. But, they felt like they had reached a plateau in terms of growing their presence on social media. That’s when our team joined the pack!
With the help of our digital experts and the tools at our disposition, we created a social media marketing strategy for Woof Pack to boost their performance and grow their following. They already performed very well by sharing only user-generated content, since the natural behaviour of dog owners is to share pictures of their furry babies wherever they can. So we decided to focus on other aspects of social media marketing to reach our goals.
We optimized copywriting to be more engaging and relatable for dog owners and increased their frequency of posting to make their presence known on social media. We also generated engagement through thoughtful and thorough community management in order to create a sense of community around the Woof Pack experience.
