Role Description
What is it like to be a Senior Graphic Designer at IMAGEMOTION? You will have the opportunity to work on various accounts within Fashion, Beauty and CPG categories and work in collaboration with our Content and Digital Marketing team. You will lead the creation of visually compelling graphics and digital assets.
This role is responsible for designing high-performing creative for organic and paid social media, email marketing campaigns, Shopify landing pages, and other digital touchpoints.
Your work will play a critical role in supporting our content marketing and performance-driven campaigns, ensuring all creative aligns with our clients’ brand guidelines, strategic objectives, and campaign goals. You will collaborate closely with the Art Direction team to contribute to the development of comprehensive brand campaigns and cohesive visual storytelling across channels.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality visual assets for organic social media across assigned client accounts.
- Create performance-driven creative for paid media channels, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and platform best practices.
- Design and integration of email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo, optimizing for brand consistency and conversion.
- Conceptualize and design Shopify landing pages that enhance user experience and drive results.
- Produce original graphics, layouts, and illustrations that elevate brand storytelling.
- Contribute to branding and visual identity development projects, helping shape cohesive and impactful brand systems.
- Collaborate closely with the Content team, Art Directors, photographers, and video editors to ensure creative consistency and integrated campaign execution.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of agency or in-house brand experience in a similar graphic design role.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other relevant platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate creative concepts and rationale.
- In-depth understanding of major social media platforms, including best practices for both organic and paid content.
- Solid working knowledge of Klaviyo and Shopify, particularly in the context of design and user experience.
- Marketing-driven mindset with a clear understanding of performance, conversion, and brand positioning.
- Highly organized, results-oriented, resourceful, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
