You will be supporting our\u00a0President and Executive team in managing\u00a0and overseeing the execution of 360 marketing mandates, day to day operations as well as the production of photo shoots and video shoots mandates.<\/p>\n<p>You will have the chance to work with a young and dynamic team in a creative environment from our head offices in Griffintown.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Taking part in pitch meeting sessions.<\/li>\n<li>Write briefs and participate in strategic reflection with key team members of each department on new mandates.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the execution of 360 integrated campaigns which involves various departments.<\/li>\n<li>Management of our content production workflow<\/li>\n<li>Relationship management with clients.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up and maintain communication with clients.<\/li>\n<li>Identify the resources required for the realization of projects, and authorize freelance resources.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate creative and production teams dedicated to the project.<\/li>\n<li>Apply project development processes.<\/li>\n<li>Elaborate and follow up on budgets, provisions, and timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and solve problems that could arise during a mandate.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare a full detailed report for\u00a0clients\u00a0on various\u00a0accounts to present to the executive team.<\/li>\n<li>Build up a strong list of accessible freelance talents for project outsources.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and manage the workload of various departments including social media, content and influencer activations.<\/li>\n<li>Support our president on the day to day operations, preparations to pitch, communications and other agency activities.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the inbound and outbound marketing initiatives\u00a0executed to support the business development of the agency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are interested and think you have the experience we are looking for,\u00a0 Please submit your profile\u00a0via\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:HR@imagemotion.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HR@imagemotion.com\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Location:\u00a0Montreal Schedule: Full-time Experience needed: Intermediate What is it like to be an\u00a0Account Manager\u00a0at\u00a0IMAGEMOTION\u00a0?\u00a0You will have the opportunity to work on some cool accounts, mainly in the lifestyle, fashion and beauty, National and internationally renowned brands.
