This hire will directly with our executive team and will be supported by our Growth team.<\/p>\n<div class=\"block-title sofiaBold\"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"block-content\">Identify and develop new business opportunities for our TikTok Influencer Campaign Program + TikTok Paid Operations<\/li>\n<li class=\"block-content\">Drive revenue for our TikTok Program by seeking partnerships with various direct clients and Media\/PR agencies;<\/li>\n<li class=\"block-content\">Use a consultative approach by offering strategic solutions to potential clients.<\/li>\n<li class=\"block-content\">Develop sales propositions utilizing our benchmarketing tools and other data.<\/li>\n<li class=\"block-content\">Work with our Growth Manager to facilitate the execution of mandates post-sales by our campaign management team.<\/li>\n<li class=\"block-content\">Develop and implement best practices for internal communications, sales tools.<\/li>\n<li class=\"block-content\">Generate custom sales and pitch presentations.<\/li>\n<li class=\"block-content\">Ensure high level of customer service;<\/li>\n<li class=\"block-content\">Update clients on new offerings related to our TikTok Marketing products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"block-title sofiaBold\"><strong>REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"block-content\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, communications, pr or marketing.<\/li>\n<li class=\"block-content\">3+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising experience.<\/li>\n<li class=\"block-content\">Excellent knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital marketing.<\/li>\n<li class=\"block-content\">Knowledge of the self-serve platform and ad auctions like Facebook Business Manager and such.<\/li>\n<li class=\"block-content\">Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.<\/li>\n<li class=\"block-content\">Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing and young environment.<\/li>\n<li class=\"block-content\">An outside-the-box creative thinker and strategy-driven.<\/li>\n<li class=\"block-content\">Excellent communication and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li class=\"block-content\">Passion for TikTok and Influencer marketing, and up for the challenge of building a startup.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>PLUS VALUES<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience presenting and participating in pitch process in an agency.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in French language<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>If you are interested and think you have the experience we are looking for,\u00a0 Please submit your profile\u00a0via\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:HR@imagemotion.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HR@imagemotion.com\u00a0<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Location:\u00a0Montreal Schedule: Full-time Experience needed: Intermediate Our team is looking for a strong Business Development Executive to develop opportunities for our newly launched TikTok program and develop new brand partnerships in various verticals including Music (Labels, Entertainment Corporations and more) , CPG and other national and international brand sectors.
