& Growth Manager

What is it like to be in charge of Growth and Business Development at IMAGEMOTION? You will have the opportunity to work closely with our president and the lead of each department to come up with creative solutions and initiatives to gain more exposure for the agency in new markets as well as our immediate network. You will focus on developing new business partnerships with retailers and e-retailers within fashion, cosmetics, consumer products and tech.

As Business Development & Growth Manager, you will be supporting the agency with the following mandates:

  • New business partnership developments
  • Development of new projects with Canadian Retailers and International E-Retailers
  • Participate in the new business pitch process
  • Growth Marketing
  • Strategize and execute tactics to gain more exposure for the agency (Facebook & LinkedIn Marketing, SEO, SEM, Newsletters)
  • Act as the client partner within the agency for some of our 360 clients and oversee the performance growth
  • Sourcing creative talents
  • Oversee our #IMSQUAD Internship program recruitments
  • Plan and Execute team-building activities
